Applicable Requirements
The accessibility requirements for products and services are described in Legislative Decree no. 82/2022, which transposed EU Directive no. 2019/882.
Services are considered accessible, even if provided by third parties, if they can be delivered and the information can be used without discrimination, even by those who, due to disability, require assistive technologies or particular configurations.
We are committed to making the site accessible and inclusive, ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone. To this end, we comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, achieving AA conformity level, so that our services can be used by everyone.
Specifically, these Guidelines are based on 4 fundamental principles:
- Perceivable
We are committed to ensuring that all informative images have alt texts, so that they can be read aloud by screen readers. When designing our user interfaces, we pay attention to sufficient color contrasts to improve readability. Information and controls are presented in a way that can be perceived by the user.
- Operable
Our interactive elements, such as forms and navigation menus, are almost entirely usable via keyboard.
- Understandable
We use clear language to describe our products and on service pages. Our navigation is clearly and intuitively structured.
- Robust
The site is developed mainly with standardized components, optimized for accessibility and tested. During the development process, we use testing criteria derived from WCAG guidelines to ensure compatibility with different browsers and assistive technologies. We regularly test the site to ensure the operability and comprehensibility of all functions.

http://tracking.qapla.it/
This is the default domain through which the tracking pages for shipments are accessed by all Qapla’ merchant clients.
On this page, the user enters the shipment code and can immediately check its status.
The tracking page is fully customizable, so the graphics and contents vary from merchant to merchant.
Compliance Status
This statement is updated as of 08.07.2025.
The site has undergone a preliminary technical analysis through automated tools and internal manual tests, and is currently fully compliant with the accessibility requirements of WCAG 2.1, Level AA.
The site owner has initiated and completed a structured process of accessibility review and adjustment (“remediation”), with the support of specialized partners. The update work has already been planned and entrusted to our internal digital area.
The intervention plan includes a complete site verification, periodic review of templates, correction of major access blocks, and systematic adoption of WCAG 2.1 AA criteria.
As required by law, the site owner, with the aforementioned technical and legal partners, has activated a continuous accessibility monitoring system, which includes periodic external audits and technical checks at each significant release. This path demonstrates the company’s commitment to ensuring the progressive adaptation of its digital offerings, in compliance with the principles of inclusivity and non-discrimination.
Evaluation Tool and Accessibility Percentage
The analyses were initiated by using code scanning and navigation simulation tools. The achieved accessibility percentage is 100%.
Description of how the service meets the relevant accessibility requirements
Currently, the service significantly meets the accessibility requirements of Legislative Decree 82/2022, particularly regarding:
- keyboard navigability of most essential functionalities (search, product selection, cart, account);
- the presence of descriptive alternative texts for many product images and functional icons;
- the use of consistent semantic structures in HTML code and the adoption of standard components compatible with assistive technologies;
- a hierarchical and linear content structure, designed for simplified reading by screen readers;
- the progressive uniformity of color contrast and font size, aimed at improving readability;
- partial adoption of WCAG 2.1 principles (Level AA), with a focus on perceivability, operability, and comprehensibility.
- Some requirements are still being implemented, particularly those related to:
- replicability of the user experience on mobile devices;
- technical validation of interactive forms, especially in authentication and payment processes;
- full usability via screen readers of promotional sections and advanced search filters.
To meet these needs, a technical remediation process has been initiated, entrusted to a multidisciplinary team composed of front-end developers, external accessibility specialists, and digital content reviewers. The work includes aligning the code with the specifications of the harmonized standard EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.1 Level AA, in accordance with Article 12 of the decree.
The site will be monitored periodically, also with the support of external audits, to ensure full compliance with applicable requirements and continuous improvement of the access experience for all people, with or without disabilities.
Exemptions for disproportionate burden
To date, no exemptions for disproportionate burden pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 82/2022 have been invoked or identified.
Reporting obstacles and barriers to content and services
Any report or access difficulty can be sent to the following email address: support@qapla.it or through the contact form available on the website. All communications are analyzed and handled promptly, and constitute a useful contribution to improving the digital access experience.
Responsible supervisory authority
If an accessibility problem is found that prevents access to website content or functionalities, it can be reported, and in the absence of a response, you have the right to submit your request to AGID at www.agid.it.
