How the integration with Commerce Layer works

Connect your Commerce Layer eCommerce store to Qapla' through the dedicated app or via API or CSV upload. Our Customer Care team will guide you through the entire configuration process.

Qapla' automatically imports all orders that come through Commerce Layer with all the necessary information to create shipments. Alternatively, if you generate labels outside of Qapla', it can directly import the shipments as well.

The software sends real-time information to the selected courier, and the parcels will be immediately ready for pick-up. Shipments from all the couriers used will then be updated in your eCommerce backoffice. This way, you will have an updated overview of orders and shipments on both platforms.
